About the Organic Smallholding
This is a 22 acre organic smallholding set above the village of Penmachno near Betws-y-Coed in Snowdonia, North Wales. It specialises in organic egg and lamb production, although other organic meat is available.
Badger Faced Welsh Mountain sheep, llamas (used to protect the livestock) and geese graze in the fields adjacent to the farmhouse.

Organic Chicken
Our chickens are slow growing (70 days) and reared in a small flock of 25. These conditions offer birds an optimum quality of life. They are dry plucked by hand. We are offering a high quality and unique product: we make no apology for our prices. Ready in June and monthly there after. Order now.

Slow growing Norfolk Black and Bronze traditional breed Turkeys and Geese are available for Christmas. Enquiries for Christmas 2008 welcome.

Our hen eggs are laid by a small flock of 100 traditional breed birds, free to roam on organic pasture in the hills above Penmachno. We sell boxes of mixed sizes and colours.
Our Khaki Campbell and Welsh Harlequin ducks range over 14 acres, producing white and green eggs. The Chinese Geese lay from February to September.

Where to Buy this Organic Produce
Produce can be collected from the farm or we can arrange delivery throughout the UK. There is a UK delivery charge of £10.50, plus £5 for packaging (which is refundable if the packaging is returned). We welcome visitors, but please phone to check we're in! We also attend the following Farmers Markets.
- Ruthin Farmers Market: last Saturday of each month (from May).
- RSPB Conwy: last Wednesday of each month.
Organic eggs are always available, meat and poultry in season. Small orders are willingly accepted and a 10% deposit is required for advance orders.
